1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item was delivered.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags/labels attached.

  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Personal care & hygiene items (cosmetics, skincare, undergarments, etc.)

  • Perishable goods (food, beverages, etc.)

  • Discounted / clearance sale items

  • Customized or made-to-order products


3. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will verify your request and arrange a pickup or guide you to send the item back to our warehouse address.

  4. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.


4. Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery adjustment).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via Bkash/Nagad to your account.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or defective product.


5. Exchange Policy

  • We allow product exchanges if the correct size, color, or variation is available.

  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.

  • If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the Return Process above.
